Welcome to One Mind Retreat - a 3-day immersive experience designed by professionals with the intention of guiding you towards your best self!

We are two friends who share the same vision of creating a better world, by inspiring individuals to dive deep into their own wisdom through series of best practices that support overall wellbeing.
Purpose
We believe that inside each of us lies tremendous potential - an incredible life force, ready to be awakened and shown to the world.
We have been walking on the path of self-discovery for years, and feel ready and excited to share some of the knowledge we have acquired through many trails and tribulations.
Who is this for?
This retreat is for you, if you feel ready to immerse yourself into the world of mindfulness through various practices, such as meditation, breath work, cacao & psilocybin ceremony* and delicious wholesome food prepared by a professional chef.

All this will take place at a beautiful villa in Friesland, two hours away from Amsterdam. A converted church - this unique location is providing a tranquil and spacious atmosphere where you will have the opportunity to disconnect from the busy life of the city and find a peaceful state of body and mind in nature.

*Taking into consideration our safety protocols, in order to participate in the psilocybin ceremony, you need to meet the requirements stated in our screening questionnaire.
Deliciousness
We are thrilled to have our professional chef with many years of experience in top restaurants around the world creating mouthwatering dishes for our retreat.

Starting with a 4 course dinner on the day of arrival, we will have the opportunity to enjoy deliciously prepared vegan meals and snacks throughout our journey together.

Details
The retreat will take place on December 1-2-3, with a small group of maximum 8 people. We will take care of the transportation and all other necessary arrangements.
The price, including an intake, accommodation, food, transport and integration call is:
